Einstein Bros. Bagels

After a rigoruos approval process and perfomance based evaluation, d3 design studios has been awarded the honor of being 1 of only 3 nationally recognized architectural vendors for the Einstein Bros. Bagels Corporation. To the left, you will see our two projects in Reno, NV. One, in a free standing building and the other at UNR (University of Nevada Reno). We provided architectural services in consecutive fashion. Both were design and built in 60 days total.

Hey, everyone likes to eat, so why not give 'em a place to do it!

Sushi Avenue is located in the Southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley. This restaurant encompassed a 3,000 SF build out into an existing strip center in Summerlin. It boasts a modern japanese flair combined with traditional accents. The restaurant has a full service exhibition-style sushi bar and teppanyaki table.

Almaza Lounge is located in the Southeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley. This restaurant is approximately 2,000 SF. It is a tenant build out into an existing shell building in the Silverado Ranch masterplan. Its modern middle eastern theme fitted with stylish furniture, hookah lounge tables, and funky lighting combined with a state of the art sound system made this project fun because it's where we would want to "hang out".

Settebello Summerlin - Las Vegas

This is the third project that d3 has created for Settebello and its Owner, Brad Otton. It is the second store in Las Vegas. d3 has also designed the Marina del Rey location as well. Settebello offers great authentic Italina pizza and we create a great atomoshpere to eat it in!! This restaurant is 4000 SF. Caio!

Pinches Tacos at the Gramercy - Summerlin - Las Vegas

d3 was asked to create a "back alley feel" for this well known mexican eatery so Pinches Tacos doubled up its Las Vegas presence with the opening of a Gramercy restaurant. The 3,600-square-foot space is the first of Pinches' six locations to feature a bar. A life-sized food truck sits in the center of the restaurant and giant, windowed garage doors open onto a patio for al fresco dining. Inside, find Día de Muertos decor and fiesta colors.
